Results
Desktop users liked the imagery but found the limited display frustrating. Price, color, and size filters were valued. Mobile users liked interactive product cards and color previews. About 50% relied on favoriting items. Various filters were valued, but the brand filter confused some.
Users expressed a positive response towards the interactive nature of the product cards. In particular, they appreciated the color preview options. Overall, users felt that the new PLP (Product Listing Page) mostly met their expectations.
