Problem
The orgainzation faced inefficient task management due to fragmented workflows across multiple tools, leading to decreased productivity, miscommunication, and lack of visibility for managers.
Solution
To create a Task Management System that offers a unified, intelligent, and seamlessly integrated solution by harnessing the power of the Microsoft software ecosystem.
My role
• Conducted in-depth interviews and surveys with employees across departments to understand their task management needs and pain points
• Solely designed intuitive user interfaces and information architecture for the application
• Independently developed the entire application, leveraging the Microsoft software ecosystem (Outlook, PowerApps, Power Automate, OneDrive, SharePoint)
